Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the duties are many and varied, including:- Dealing with incoming customer telephone calls and providing excellent customer service at all times. New product specifications and costings. Producing quotations / pricing proposals for customers. Maintenance and administration of all product information, including images, on the Companys website.
